Age UK Over 50's Exercise Class
When: Tuesday 10th September 10:00am - 11:00am

Admission:

A safe, low impact, gentle exercise that can help reduce stress, calm the mind, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, improve balance and aid digestion. Suitable for all levels of fitness and can be done seated or standing. This session is free to try out and then will be on every week £3.50 per session.
